Latest Transport Information
From 17th January 2011 until 27th May 2011, large wind turbine components will be delivered to site. This includes tower sections, blades and nacelles. All of these components will require police escort due to their size and weight. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to local road users on occasions and we apologise for this.

The transport contractor and police will endeavour to minimise impact on other road users by allowing traffic to pass at regular intervals.

A monthly update will be provided to ensure that the latest information is available. By reviewing the information, travellers may be able to avoid using the roads when these deliveries are being made.
