Project Location

The Tarrone Power Project will be constructed and operated on an area of approximately 15ha within 75ha of land that comprises the site. The site is used for grazing and it is expected that this would continue when the project proceeds. The site has been selected due to its proximity to high voltage power lines, gas pipeline and appropriate set-back from nearest residences. The site is also the planned location for electrical connection of the proposed Macarthur wind farm.
